  • Broders’ Catering is ideal for causal gatherings, offering convenient drop-off or pick-up of you favorite Broders’ dishes. Broders’ Hospitality provides full-service event support, including staffing, rentals, beverage services and planning assistance for more involved celebrations.

  • We recommend placing a catering order at least 72 hours in advance. For full-service or curated events, reaching out 4-8 weeks ahead ensures we can deliver what you envision.

  • Yes! Many of our dishes can be modified to accommodate dietary preferences. Let us know your needs and we’ll work with you to create a custom menu.

BRODERS’ CATERING faqs

  • Orders can be placed over the phone or online here. If you’ve unsure where to start, give us a call and we’ll walk you through it.

  • We don’t have a set dollar minimum for catering orders but some items do have minimum quantities or require a longer lead time. If you’re unsure, reach out - we’re happy to chat about what works for your event.

  • Absolutely. We offer local delivery to the Twin Cities Metro at market rates. Pickup is also available from our location in Southwest Minneapolis.

  • All catering orders include (upon request):

    • serving utensils

    • place settings: picnic style paper plate, folded napkins, wrapped cutlery - $2.50/10pack

    • basic labeling

Broders’ hospitality faqs

  • Weddings, corporate galas, backyard dinners, holiday parties, fundraisers - you name it. If it’s worth celebrating, we’re here for it.

  • Yes. We can provide beer, wine or cocktails.

  • Our hospitality team provides staff, food station setup and breakdown, tableware rentals, beverage service, and vendor coordinations. We’re as hands-on as you need us to be.

  • Both! We can act as your full-service event partner or simply support what you’ve already planned!

RISERVA faqs

  • These services are reserved for any special occasion that calls for high-touch, involved planning and service. Anything from wedding receptions with custom cocktail menus to in-home pasta making classes with curated wine pairings. They’re perfect for intimate gatherings, celebrations, or client entertainment.

  • Absolutely! Our team will bring the ingredients, the expertise, and the setup - we just need a kitchen and a little space.

  • Yes! Our beverage service branch can create bespoke drink experiences that match your theme, season, or personal taste.
