We can’t thank you enough for all of the work and effort you put into making (the wedding) reception everything we hoped it would be. The food and execution were excellent! Broders’ is a gem! We explored many catering options for our wedding and the obvious choice was Broders! Our guests are still raving about the food weeks later!

Broders’ Catering provided the desserts for our wedding. We didn’t want to have a traditional wedding cake, so we opted for a large traditional Italian Millefoglie with fresh fruit and the assorted Italian Wedding Desserts tray. Everyone raved about how good the desserts were and kept asking what type of cake we had. Patsy and the Broders’ staff were also great to work with. They thought of every detail and worked with our Day of Coordinators & Catering to ensure everything was delivered and served on time, looking great and tasting delicious!

We used Broders’ as the late night snack for our wedding. They were great to work with, delivered the pizzas early enough for our venue to put them out for our guests, and even offered to square cut them.
